How is this different from posting on someone's Facebook wall? ▼
Facebook posts appear on YOUR timeline and disappear in the feed. Birthday Fan Club creates a private wall just for them — with everyone's messages, photos, and a real group gift all in one place. They open it on their birthday like a present. It lives forever as a keepsake.
Will my friend see the wall before their birthday? ▼
No — for surprise walls, the birthday person cannot see the wall until their birthday. You share the link with contributors and they leave their messages privately. On their birthday morning they receive an email with their wall link.
How does the gift money work? ▼
Friends contribute any amount they choose directly to the gift pool. On their birthday the birthday person connects their bank account through Stripe and receives 95% of the total pool directly. A 5% platform fee covers the service. Birthday Fan Club never holds your money — all payments are processed by Stripe.
How long does the wall stay open? ▼
The wall stays open for contributions until the birthday person claims their gift. Once claimed, the contribution form closes and the wall lives on forever as a digital keepsake — all the messages and photos stay. For self-walls, you choose when to close and claim.
What if nobody contributes a gift? ▼
That's totally fine! Contributing to the gift pool is always optional. Friends can leave messages and photos without contributing any money. The wall is still a beautiful collection of love and memories even with a $0 gift pool.
Is my payment secure? ▼
Yes — all payments are processed by Stripe, the same technology used by Amazon, Google, and millions of businesses worldwide. Birthday Fan Club never sees or stores your card details.
Can I create a wall for my own birthday? ▼
Absolutely! Self-walls are perfect for creators, social people, or anyone who wants their people to show up for their birthday. Create your wall, share the link on your social media or with friends and family, and let the love come to you. You control everything — including the ability to delete any messages you don't want.
