Birthday Fan Club is a platform that allows users to create digital birthday walls where friends and family can leave messages, photos, and contribute to a group gift. The birthday person receives access to their wall on their birthday and can claim their gift through Stripe.
Birthday Fan Club is NOT a bank, financial institution, money transmitter, or payment processor. We do not hold, store, move, or guarantee any funds. All payment processing is handled exclusively by Stripe, Inc. Birthday Fan Club has no control over Stripe's systems or services.
By submitting content to a birthday wall you grant Birthday Fan Club a limited license to display that content to wall participants. We do not claim ownership of your content. We reserve the right to remove content that violates these terms.
We strive for 99.9% uptime but do not guarantee uninterrupted service. We are not liable for any losses caused by service interruptions, technical failures, or third-party service outages including Stripe or Supabase.
Birthday Fan Club's total liability to you for any claim arising from use of our service shall not exceed the amount you paid us in the 30 days preceding the claim. We are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages.
These terms are governed by the laws of the United States. Any disputes shall be resolved through binding arbitration.
We may update these terms at any time. Continued use of the service after changes constitutes acceptance of the new terms.

Birthday Fan Club is NOT a bank, money transmitter, payment processor, or financial institution of any kind. Birthday Fan Club does not hold, store, transmit, or guarantee any user funds at any time.
All payments on Birthday Fan Club â including the $9.99 wall creation fee and all gift pool contributions â are processed exclusively by Stripe, Inc., a licensed payment processor. By making any payment on our platform you are transacting directly with Stripe and agree to Stripe's Terms of Service.
Contributions made to a birthday gift pool are held by Stripe pending payout to the birthday person. Birthday Fan Club does not have access to these funds at any point. The transfer of funds to the birthday person is executed by Stripe upon the birthday person completing Stripe's identity verification process.
Birthday Fan Club charges a $9.99 platform fee to create a wall. This fee covers the cost of the platform, technology infrastructure, and service. This fee is non-refundable once the wall has been created and the invitation link has been generated.
Birthday Fan Club does not guarantee that gift pool contributions will be successfully transferred. Transfers are subject to Stripe's terms, identity verification requirements, and applicable laws. Birthday Fan Club is not liable for any failed, delayed, or rejected transfers.
Funds held in connection with Birthday Fan Club are NOT bank deposits and are NOT insured by the FDIC or any government agency.
Birthday persons are solely responsible for any tax obligations arising from gifts received through Birthday Fan Club. Birthday Fan Club does not provide tax advice. Please consult a tax professional if you have questions about the tax treatment of birthday gifts.

The $9.99 wall creation fee is non-refundable once the wall has been created and the shareable link has been generated. This is because the service has been rendered â your wall is live and accessible to contributors.
If you experience a technical error that prevented your wall from being created after payment, contact us within 24 hours at hello@birthdayfanclub.com and we will make it right.
Contributions made to a birthday gift pool are non-refundable once submitted. By contributing you acknowledge that your contribution will be transferred to the birthday person on their birthday. If you made a contribution in error, contact us immediately at hello@birthdayfanclub.com â we will do our best to assist but cannot guarantee a refund once the contribution has been processed.
Digital downloads are non-refundable once delivered. Because the product is a personalized digital file that is immediately available upon purchase, all sales are final. If you experience a technical issue that prevented you from receiving your download, contact us within 24 hours and we will resolve it.
